27 years old.

I have minor anxieties about my age because I lead a dichotomous life: at my job, I try to come across as older than I am because I’m younger than others at my level since I started working pre-university (which is unusual given that I work in an academic-corporate environment); but at school, attending part-time university classes, I work to come across as younger than I am, disguising myself within the early-twenties masses.

Turning 26 last year, I felt like I had finally reached a sweet spot between these two lives. Not too far from the early twenties but well on my way to the late twenties, I could pull off both selves equally well. But now being 27, I am definitely ready to quit the undergraduate sphere, and before I turn 28 I plan to. I’ve scheduled my final required courses for the coming school year and should be ready for convocation next spring.
